Orders may be placed on the website by the distributors and the people who are not the part of Evoke can place their orders through the distributors. 

Pick up orders

Orders can be picked up from the company’s head office.

Pick up hours

  • Thursday to Tuesday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.
  • Office will be closed on Wednesday.

Home delivery Schedule

  • Local- Orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of invoice.
  • National Orders- Orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of invoice.
  • Remote Location- Orders will be delivered after 12 business days from the date of invoice.

Payment

Mode of payment for the orders.

  • Office- Cash, Demand Draft, Debit Card, Credit Card, Cheque, Online Payment (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, UPI, Net Banking, Mobile Banking).
  • Website- Credit Card, Debit Card, Online Payment (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, UPI, Net Banking, Mobile Banking).

Home Delivery Fees

A flat 100 (GST Included) will be charged for all the orders below and of 3000. There is a free delivery for all the orders above 3000. We recommend customers to buy products through Evoke distributor channel only. Evoke will not be liable for any purchase from any unauthorised channels.


Cancellation 

Refund Policy

  1. Evoke makes its products with immense care and this makes us stand out from the rest. We believe in the customer satisfaction. If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the products, the customer may return it within 30 days from the date of invoice as per the terms of the refund policy.
  2. The refund policy is applicable only for products which are in marketable condition/sealed/un-opened/un-used/not expired and has at-least four months shelf life. This policy does not apply to the products that have been damaged or misused intentionally.
  3. The customer may put his request in the customer interaction form on the website to initiate refund.
  4. The distributor must update the bank account details on the website to get the refund.


Return 

  1. If there is a manufacturing or packaging defect, the distributor can return or exchange the product. The distributor may get in contact of the company within 30 days from the date of invoice. While returning the products the distributor must provide the reason for the return. 
  2. This policy will only apply if the products are unopened, unused, not expired and have a shelf life of at-least four months. 
  3. The distributor must return the products to the company’s head office with the original invoice.
  4. If the products are returned to the distributor the amount adjustment will be done from the direct distributors. 


Privacy Policy 

  1. The parts of the Evoke website that are password protected are exclusively for the distributors of Evoke. You can also go to the Know more tab on www.ourevoke.com.
  2. The personal information that is provided to Evoke while using the Evoke website will be handled in accordance to the website privacy notice. The information that is being provided to Evoke while using the website must be correct and updated. If incorrect or outdated information has been provided then the access to Evoke website may be limited or blocked.
  3. The Evoke website and the materials that are made available on it are protected under the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trade name and trademark, the name Evoke and the Evoke logo. Materials that are protected by such intellectual property rights include the design, layout, look, appearance, images, graphics, articles, stories and other materials that are available on the Evoke website.

  6. Dispute Resolution- The court of Nainital, Uttarakhand have exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any disputes.
  7. Neither Evoke nor its distributors are liable for any direct, indirect or any other damages whatsoever including loss of business, damage of property, economic loss, loss of profits and data.
  8. We will use all the efforts to make sure that the information and materials provided on the website are correct. But, Evoke cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information and does not assume any responsibility for the same.
